The R&D Department is an internal organization that is responsible for the basic software development and platform development focused on the information system such as the asset management system, smart information system, and intelligent information platforms. The OU performs requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing of its systems. Its main products are the software related to the asset management system, smart visitor information management and intelligent maintenance personnel management platform.
Size: There are 2 different types of project in OU. These are using two different Development approaches for each other and there are some differences of processes for these two subgroups by development period. - Large and Medium size development - Small size development
Large and Medium size development: This subgroup is for Large and Medium size development projects, and the efforts of those projects in this group is more than 6 People in average for whole development period. It is required the additional activities for management and engineering tasks. (Large more than 10MM, Medium 6 to 9)
Small size development : This type of projects has relatively simpler and lighter processes than large and medium size of development projects. This type of projects is usually required less than average 6 people for project period.
