Guided by urban development problems. The R&D Center is a department that provides software development capabilities for the aerospace: Development is guided by a methodological approach required by the aerospace sector, using, data as the core and architecture as the basis, dedicated to solving the systematic technical and industrial development problems of the smart city industrial and Aerospace through the development and supply of software and solutions. Main functions of the R&D Center are: 1) Perform technical feasibility analysis of new products based on the market demand 2) Organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product route map. 3) Market research of the company's future business and product development, such as product and technological solution research. 4) Formulate product requirements and specifications, implement and optimize the evolution of products developed as part of the R&D department 5) Monitor the execution and process performance of each of the projects of the software R&D department 6) Collect reusable components of each project to form a knowledge database of internal technologies and components. 7) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons learned from organizational processes to improve product quality and the department overall performance
