The System Product Department is responsible for the architecture, research and development, service and business support of system software and solutions mainly in the field of smart grid, feasibility analysis of project requirements, decomposition of project processes, formulation of project plans, development according to confirmed requirements, product function realization, debugging, testing and delivery.
Duration: All projects under this OU create software applications that deal with the power and energy management sector. However, depending on the requirement and design complexity of the application the projects are categorized as: a. Small Duration (1-4 months): These are projects that have a total timeline of less than 4 months. b. Medium Duration ( more than 4 months) projects: These are projects that have a total timeline of more than 4 months This difference in the requirements and design influences the overall timelines and thus impacts RDM, TS, PI, EST, PLAN, MC, MPM, and V&V.
