OU Description

The R&D department is mainly engaged in software system development/solution services in the financial industry. The R&D department is responsible for three parts: early stage, mid stage, and late stage: project requirement research, requirement assessment, feasibility analysis, requirement and design document writing, and development plan preparation. In the mid-term, responsible for resource allocation and development process management based on the confirmed content, including the development, testing, deployment of specific functions, customer training, and software delivery and acceptance. In the later stage, I am mainly responsible for the operation and maintenance of projects that have already been launched.
