1. Delivery Center is responsible for delivering product solutions for specific customers. 2. R&D Center includes the product team, who iterates business top-level design, conduct market segmentation and product planning, carries out product feasibility study, provides product and service solutions, etc.. 3. Organizational Operation Department is responsible for construction, propagation and monitoring of delivery operation standards; design of delivery operation platform and development of delivery operation tools; design of special training courses for delivery positions and certification of delivery personnel at all levels.

Implementation Project: Projects that deliver customized solutions for a specific customer. These projects are normally performed onsite in customer locations.

R&D Projects: Projects that deliver standard product or solution for internal use. These projects are normally executed in the OU.
