OU is responsible for completing customized projects undertaken by the company's marketing department, base on the equipment and systems of the parent company to develop various simulation testing system for aerospace clients, applied to automated testing of engines and electronic control equipment, the main technologies used include bus analysis, probe technology, machine learning etc, daily work includes project planning and supervision, including requirements analysis, system architecture and database design, coding and integration, testing and trial operation. QA group is responsible for process and product quality assurance at the organizational and project levels; EPG is made up of full-time and part-time experts responsible for process improvement and performance analysis in the OU. HR Department has full-time training personnel responsible for personnel skills-and-ability improvement and training management.
Size: There are two size of projects, Small Size and Medium Size.
Small Size: Small size projects track project progress through weekly meetings, merge milestone meetings with weekly meetings.
Medium size: Medium size projects track project progress through bi-weekly meetings, customers need separate milestone meetings to track progress.
