The Technology R&D Department mainly undertakes the development of the company's digital and visual business, provides a unified open platform capability, provides digital products integrated with hardware and software, and writes the corresponding technology research and development industry standards. The main customer groups are government departments and subordinate units at all levels. The Technical research and development Department consists of the following seven groups: functional coordination group, project management group, front-end development group, back-end development group, quality testing group, after-sales operation and maintenance group, and product development group.The brief description of each team's duties is as follows: 1) Functional coordination team: formulation of R&D objectives and work plans, coordination of member ability training and external cooperation support; 2) Project Management team: responsible for project R & D schedule, progress follow-up and risk tracking; 3) Front-end development team: responsible for the design and construction of the front-end framework and the front-end development of the company's visual pages, wechat mini programs, apps, etc.; 4) Back-end development team: responsible for database design and back-end business logic development; 5) Quality testing group: responsible for the functional testing and quality assurance of all technical products of the company; 6) After-sales operation and maintenance team: responsible for the service deployment of the company's products, security vulnerability scanning and rectification, and customer after-sales response; 7) Product development team: responsible for customer demand extraction, demand management, research industry conditions, etc.

Customization: Customized projects have a complete life cycle process, according to the needs of newly contracted customers, project design, development, testing, etc., and then the delivery of solutions. Such project include Future Science and Technology City intelligent operation platform project.

Productization: Product-type projects, mainly through product planning, research and development to form general products in the industry, can be directly applied. The life cycle of this type of project includes: market research, feasibility analysis, product planning, design and development, system testing, and product launch. Such projects mainly include Localized application mall system project and Community service data intelligent platform project.
