The technology center is divided into the following two departments: (1) Technology Department: It consists of development teams and one testing team. Each development teams are responsible for iterative development and system maintenance based on the product manager’s prototype. The testing team is responsible for testing the code released by the development teams. (2) Product Department: It is divided into a project management group and a product design group. The project management group are responsible for project management, progress tracking, reporting to clients, The product design group are responsible for software system prototype design , creating market support materials and UI design work.
Type of Work: They have two type of project , one is Digital Government ,another one is Digital Culture
Digital Government: This type of project is to use the digital technology to support government work
Digital Culture: This type of project is to use the digital technology to support cultural dissemination work
