The R&D Center are responsible for the company's software product development, customer groups include lottery industry and government customers. The R&D Center has two product R&D Departments, the Lottery Product R&D Department and the ShenZhi Product R&D Department. The Lottery Product R&D Department is responsible for the lottery business line, and the product R&D department is responsible for the artificial intelligence and collaborative office business line, and the specific group structure is as follows: Lottery Product R&D Department: subordinate Requirements Management Team (responsible for product requirements development and management), Technology Research and Development Team (responsible for product design and development), Testing Team (responsible for system testing and acceptance testing). The R&D Center also has two direct teams: Quality Control Team (responsible for the quality assurance of all processes in the R&D Center) and Configuration Management Team (responsible for various configuration management of the R&D Center). The PMO Team of the General Support Department is responsible for managing and organizing the company's process improvement work (including all processes in the R&D Center), and the EPG Team is joined by key personnel from each department, and the EPG members rotate regularly.
