The OU is responsible for the review, acceptance, and evaluation of technology reserves, new product research and development, technology improvement, and other R&D projects such as project establishment, change, separation, merger, and cancellation; responsible for guiding the establishment of public R&D platforms (simulation platform, auxiliary design platform, experimental research platform, data information platform, industrial trial production platform, common technology research platform, etc.); responsible for evaluating technology and product development routes and proposing professional suggestions (handling opinions), and participating in the establishment of R&D projects such as technology reserves, new product research and development, and technology improvement in this technical field, review, acceptance, and evaluation of changes, divisions, mergers, and cancellations.
Type of Work: There are two types of work executed by the OU: new development and upgrade development.
ND: New development is the creation of a new software project or system from scratch, without the constraints of existing code or infrastructure.
UD: Upgrade development entails making enhancements or updates to an existing software system to improve its functionality, performance, or security.
