OU Description

IT Engineering Services unit provides full SELC implementation and support for system design, development, testing, implementation, and operations & maintenance. These services cover enterprise IT systems that are either cloud-based, private datacenter based, or consisting of both environments through a hybrid approach. These services are provide to clients in federal government with a focus on security agencies such as DHS and its components, Department of State, and military customers. IT Engineering Services Unit performs all project management related tasks to our customers to include requirements gathering and assessment, planning, tracking, coordination, and communication. In additions it provides resources to perform full SELC capabilities such as system design, solution development, functional and non-functional testing, change management services and coordination, system implementation engineering and configurations, system administration, break/fix capabilities, and train the trainer back end system training. For ongoing support the unit also creates and maintains all necessary SELC technical documentation, CMS maintenance and upgrades, quality assurance and control, and end-user documentation and training.
