The R&D Department is mainly responsible for the development and project delivery of the company's production base version. The main customers are financial industry companies, such as insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, fund companies and other financial industry companies. The R&D department includes the Product development team and the system delivery team. 1) The Product R&D team is responsible for the development and upgrade of the basic version of the company's products, and the development of software products with independent intellectual property rights. 2) The R&D Department includes several project delivery teams, which are responsible for customized software development, software upgrade/transformation and other customized development tasks based on the company's software products.
Type of Work: There are two different types of projects in OU, customized development projects and upgrading projects. These twoliferent types of proiects have different requirements development, architecture design and implementation processes
Customization: Customer-customized projects have a complete life cycle process, according to the needs of newly contracted customers, project design and development, testing, delivery and acceptance, etc. This category of projects includes Consumer rights protection system, Agent business system, Digital insurance platform system construction project and Boc Samsung Life Mobile Exhibition platform system.
Upgraded: Upgraded and optimized project is a functional enhancement based on the original project, usually without changing the original architectural design of the project, and is delivered after the completion of the development and testing of supplementary requirements. Such project include The speed guarantee system is connected to the intelligent double recording upgrade project.
