OU Description

The Software Department is one of equative departments (Software Department, Admin& HR Department, Financial Department, Marketing Department, After-sales Department and Quality Management Department) under management of the GM Office that responsible of project management, requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing of information management systems for commercial customers in power industry. The OU was appraised at CMMI-Dev ML3 since 2015, and OU along with the company was certified as ISO9001 organization since 2019.

Customer: There are two basic types of customers in the OU: Internal customer and external customer. Different customer types lead to different tailoring in processes, such as requirement analysis, peer review and customer acceptance processes, hence considered relevant for sampling.
