OU consists of software development projects which have started or completed within the last six months from the Research and Development (R&D) Department. The Quality Assurance (QA) Support, Configuration Management Support and the Engineering Process Group (EPG) also resides in the R&D Department. Training Support resides in Ministry of Public Affairs. Anhui 3H1 Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in industrial internet technology and product research and development, big data industry application solutions, and intelligent solutions. Specifically, the OU is responsible, from the R&D perspective, for the overall design and management of new projects (including product upgrades), including the processes such as industry demand research, product planning and building, project tracking and supervision, product development, acceptance and testing, and function introductions. Moreover, the Ministry of Public Affairs is responsible for the daily human resources management related work, responsible for the training, skill improvement and assessment of employees in various departments of the company.
