Software Delivery Center is responsible in providing enterprise solutions in the space of power utility sector, automatic electric meter billing, ticketing systems, attendance systems for identity access purpose etc. The OU emphasizes on implementing a structured process & provides appropriate training to the teams to ensure that their skills are up to date to serve their customers better. The OU has necessary infrastructure to develop, test & deploy the applications and provide needed support to the customers on an ongoing basis.
Type of Work: The projects are divided into two groups, Development Projects and Enhancement Projects. In the provided sampling two projects are development and one project is Enhancement.
Development Projects: As part of the Development project category new requirement/Scope to be developed and delivered.
Enhancement projects: As part of the enhancement project category new capabilities/scope are added to an existing system. Enhancement projects might also involve correcting defects.
