Type of Work: Ador Powertron Ltd. executes Development and Maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall development life cycle. Same sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. Hence “TYPE OF WORK” - Life cycle-Development Waterfall factor is considered for the project selection.
Waterfall Development Project: The waterfall model is a breakdown of project activities into linear sequential phases. In this model, the software development activity is divided into different phases and each phase consists of a series of tasks. In waterfall, development of one phase starts only when the previous phase is complete.
