The R&D Department is committed to the research and development of new products (services) and technologies for smart community care including management systems for: Community general safety, residents monitoring and control, elderly care business supervision, home visiting service, comprehensive traffic monitoring, Internet of Things system, auxiliary equipment leasing, and big data. The department also provides unified, accurate and shared support for various community care application scenarios. The R&D Department further promotes the construction of the government's social system in terms of professionalization, standardization, informatization, and digital intelligence of overall care services.
Type of Work: There are two types of work - (1) Custom Development and (2) Independent Development (1) Custom development follows standard industry customer contract and processes. Certain provisions of the contract may impose restrictions and constraints on functional or non-functional requirements development. (2) Independent development may have more flexibility such as for requirements development, lifecycle phases, acceptance and others. The way the practices are implemented in the above two category projects should be different in practice areas like EST, RDM, PLAN, MC, RSK, and VV.
Custom development: Custom development follows standard industry customer contract and processes. Certain provisions of the contract may impose restrictions and constraints on functional or non-functional requirements development.
Independent development: Independent development may have more flexibility such as for requirements development, lifecycle phases, acceptance and others.
