The Science and Innovation Department is committed to the research and development services of intelligent transportation ETC industry chain and intelligent transportation digitalization related systems. It is mainly responsible for product planning, requirements, designing, development, testing and delivery etc., endeavoring to promote multi-scenario ETC application expansion based on ETC customer groups. The Department has successfully launched the "Internet +ETC" distribution model, pioneered the integration of "transportation + energy" products in the country, and actively promoted the digitalization, networking and intelligent toll collection system in Guizhou Province.
