The Amerika system is an information system for public service companies. The services we offer include training, upgrades, support, corrective maintenance, development of new functionalities, project management, Amerika as a service, and consulting specialized in the implementation of commercial processes with the Amerika system. For the service of the development of new functionalities, we cover all the cycle from the discovery of the initial need, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. All this is covered by the project manager cycle. Under the Software Development Area, the projects to be executed during the year are established and prioritized. To comply with these projects, various resources are available, such as project leader, consultant, developer, and tester, among others. The projects cover from the initial contact with the client to describe their needs, to the implementation of the product and support to the users for post-implementation support.
