The R&D Department (OU) is the main department responsible for IT technology development and product delivery in the company. Its main function is to serve the company's core products and services. The technology involved mainly involves four aspects: --Data dashboard, --Low code technology, --Internet of Things technology, --Big data processing. There are currently around 25 members in the R&D department, divided into three categories based on technical functions: --Front end engineer, --Backend engineer, --Operations and maintenance engineer. OU's core products include: --An integrated platform for digital operation and management, --Low code platforms --Physical network platform --Master data management platform --Resume management system. OU has also developed a visualization based editing technology for low code scenarios, which has saved time for project delivery in the department. The core technologies of OU mainly include: --Developed based on technologies such as H5, React, c #, Java, JQuery, AntDesign, etc, --Having multiple developers who are proficient in React development libraries and familiar with open-source deep learning inference frameworks such as Java, SprintBoot, c #,. net core, etc.

Agile development: Adopting an agile development approach --Projects that adopt this approach can generally achieve one iteration every two weeks.

Waterfall development: The development method of such projects mainly adopt the traditional waterfall approach. --Divide the project into several major stages and have significant quality validation activities before the end of each stage.
