OU consists of software development projects which have started or completed within the last six months from the Research and Development (R&D) Department. The Quality Assurance (QA) Support, Configuration Management Support and the Engineering Process Group (EPG) also resides in the R&D Department. Training Support resides in the Human Resources (HR) Department. Anhui Guanggu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic smart city service and operator, a national high-tech enterprise, focusing on various professional fields of smart city design, smart buildings and smart communities, smart energy conservation/environmental protection, smart healthcare, data centers, smart elderly care, etc. It is committed to promoting smart city solutions and services with big data and artificial intelligence characteristics. For the whole business of smart city, it covers the whole process of information-based and intelligent planning consultation, engineering design, software research and development, system equipment procurement, construction and integration commissioning, project management, industry solutions, and operation and maintenance value-added services, covering Internet plus government services, big data, intelligent buildings, integrated pipelines, smart transportation, safe city, archives hyper brain, smart tourism, etc. Specifically, the OU is responsible, from the R&D perspective, for the overall design and management of new projects (including product upgrades), including the processes such as industry demand research, product planning and building, project tracking and supervision, product development, acceptance and testing, and function introductions. Moreover, the HR Department is responsible for the daily human resources management related work, responsible for the training, skill improvement and assessment of employees in various departments of the company.
