The OU being appraised is the Technology Center, which is responsible for: 1. Management of organizational processes and asset; 2. Project management and implementation; 3. Design, development and delivery of system and platform; 4. Project supervision, configuration management of project work product.
Type of Work: All of OU's work is related to the development and maintenance of systems within the organization, which are organized and managed as projects. Some projects are internal support projects, and others are products which are provided to customers.
Internal support project: Internal support project is development and upgrade of system or platform which is used by internal business department.
External product project: External product project is development and upgrade of software or platform which is provided to external customers.
