OU Description

The main responsibilities are to be responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and management of R&D projects to ensure the smooth progress of R&D work. Formulate R&D strategies and plans, define R&D objectives and programs, organize R&D teams to conduct product development and technology research, coordinate resources, control progress, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of R&D results. Meanwhile, responsible for the promotion and application of R&D results, provide technical support and training services. The main responsibility of Project Development Center is to be responsible for the whole process management of information technology projects, including demand analysis, solution design, development, testing and on-line, etc., to ensure that the projects are completed on time, quality and cost, and to provide high-quality technical support and training services. Also, the support is provided by HRD, EPG, CM and QA.
