For SG1 - Platform Development (PlatDev) work type, more emphasis is given on requirements, solution design, validation etc. For SG2 - Tool Development (ToolDev) more emphasis is given on the user interfaces, data analysis, user test, integration, risk, configuration, etc. Still all practices are implemented.
