The R&D department is mainly responsible for R&D innovation, technology research, and product development. Specifically, it includes market research, understanding needs, technical feasibility studies, determining development plans, product design and development, sample making and testing, continuous improvement and upgrading of existing products and maintaining technological leadership.

Intelligent recognition: Development of software applications to meet specific "Intelligent recognition" requirements (e.g., standards, constraints, etc.). Development is principally based on the identification of customer/internal requirements, planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, bug fixing, maintenance, and documentation.

Intelligent monitoring: Development of software applications to meet specific "Intelligent monitoring" requirements (e.g., standards, constraints, etc.).
