Users collect and analyze real-time operational data of electrical equipment through technologies such as spectrum analysis, signal analysis, and fault feature recognition. Realized the diagnosis and early warning of early defects in electrical equipment. Solved unplanned shutdown of electrical equipment, ensuring safe and stable operation of equipment. Furthermore, it achieved the continuity of user production. The core business/products of this department, such as online monitoring and intelligent defect diagnosis systems, provide reliable early warning and support capabilities for the stable operation and production of these electrical equipment. The main technologies involved in this department include: The mechanism of electrical equipment uses intelligent modeling, signal spectrum extraction and analysis, online parameter identification, neural network, data mining, wireless Internet of Things, distributed deployment and edge computing. The IT technicians in the department have accumulated rich experience in electrical equipment diagnosis, artificial intelligence applications, edge computing and other fields.
