The R&D department focuses on innovation and research in the field of digital warehousing equipment manufacturing. The team is composed of technical elites with rich experience and professional knowledge, who can quickly respond to market demands and provide customized solutions. The department emphasizes on new ideas and quality control, introduces new methods, processes and materials, and ensures that products are equipped with advance technology and reliable quality. At the same time, an efficient R&D process and quality control system have been established to ensure the orderly progress of product development and production.
Customer: There are two types of customer - (1) Enterprise and (2) Government (1) Enterprise customer follows standard industry contract and processes. It may have more flexibility such as for requirements development, lifecycle phases, acceptance and others. (2) Government customer may impose regulatory requirements which are not applicable in private sector. This may affect organizational and project processes such as those supporting functional or non-functional requirements development. Strict local or regional regulations must be followed. The way the practices are implemented in the above two category projects should be different in practice areas like EST, RDM, PLAN, MC, RSK, and VV.
