Product and Research Center (FTEs-21) is responsible for the Development of R&D specifications, implement and Optimize R&D system, monitor the execution of each R&D project and compile the reusable results of each project to form an internal technical and knowledge database. Project implementation is supported by the following teams; (1) Configuration Management (FTE-01) (2) EPG Support Function (FTE-01) (3) Quality Assurance (FTE-01) (4) OT (FTE-01)
Type of Work: Type of work delivered for the newly developed projects is different than the type of work delivered during the maintenance projects.
Maintenance Projects: Maintenance projects involve continuous management of accepted and "completed" functionalities/features. These projects include ongoing support for end-users, resolving previously unidentified bugs in the accepted functionality, and ensuring the server remains operational.
Development Projects: Development projects pertains to the initial execution of fresh initiatives. Development refers to the creation of entirely new projects.
