The OU is made up of projects and programs for: 1) Demonstrating the feasibility of new products and organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product roadmap. 2) Pre-research for the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Formulating R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitoring the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarizing the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge. 6) Analyzing and summarizing the experience and lessons in the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D.
Customer: The type of customer has an influence on the way the OSSP is implemented.
Government: These are projects for local government agencies which have special requirements.
Commercial: These are projects for commercial companies in the private sector.
