Research & Development Department offers computer programming, consultancy and related activities for software development and solutions involving subway unmanned electronic system, integrated monitor system, centralized dispatching and dispatching network, passenger information system, train mounted communication system, metro operation management system, automatic fare collection system and platform screen door system by offering advanced system consulting and software development. Consulting support is provided for new coltan technology has undertaken subway and light rail projects and participated in the construction of 18 subway lines. Objective of consulting support is to provide users with a series of innovative solutions using CMMI5 and other qualifications.
Type of Work: Sponsor selected, business critical pilot projects implementing the CMMI V3.0 recommendations including the high maturity practices.
Sponsor selected business critical project: ONE out of SIX, representative basic units, which is critical to execute the sponsor's business strategy of the OU in sub-group of Research & Development Department implementing projects using OO-Language/scripting.
