OU Description

The product line of the R&D department mainly includes but is not limited to customized enterprise level application systems, smart grid related auxiliary decision-making application systems, etc. The R&D department serves companies under the power company and power grid group, achieving maximum technical and commercial value by deeply understanding customer needs and providing customized solutions. In terms of organizational structure, the R&D department has multiple professional teams responsible for different stages of work, including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding development, testing and verification, and technical support The Organizational support function include: The training function is a part of human resources and is responsible for training activities at the organizational level. EPG mainly implements process establishment and process improvement, and participates in process promotion, implementation and maintenance activities. PQA is responsible for the process and product audit of all projects and supporting functions in the organization. CM is responsible for the organization's configuration management.
