As the software development department of the company, the Government and Enterprise Department (OU) mainly serves customers from government departments such as food hygiene, as well as information technology enterprises that provide food safety services. The department's business mainly focuses on the fields of public safety, social governance, livelihood services, ecological environment, and health. The main products of this department include: special equipment, food safety, intelligent management applications in catering, and digital management of catering oil pollution. The mission of the department is to empower visual monitoring of food safety, management of catering safety, special equipment management, and digital governance of safety production through digital empowerment. Through IoT perception and early warning, labor costs can be reduced and full process monitoring can be achieved. The software development tools or technologies designed mainly include: The programming language is generally Java, and the current main products use the Vue framework and database, such as MySQL.

Government projects: 1. The instability of requirements is relatively obvious. Sometimes, changes in requirements need to be urgently addressed, which requires a higher priority to handle these changes. 2. A development approach similar to Agile is adopted, for instance, the project outcomes are delivered in iterations multiple times.

Enterprise projects: 1. The requirements are relatively stable with not many changes. Even if there are some changes, they generally are not very urgent. 2. An approach similar to the Waterfall model is adopted, with clear milestone requirements, and the project outcomes are delivered all at once.
