The organisation unit covers all three sites, Hong Kong, Philippines and Dalian and is involved in the execution, delivery and support of projects. As the project lifecycle progresses work is transferred from one site to another and back. Typically a project would start in Hong Kong, where, on signing the contract, the User Requirements and the Systems Architecture and Design would be performed. During the Systems Architecture and Design phase, work would be transferred to the Philippines or Dalian site. Philippines or Dalian would then perform the Code, Unit Test and System Test and then transferred back to Hong Kong for User Acceptance Test and Installation.
Size: The organisation has large development projects (i.e. > 3000 Function Points.) In addition there are small development projects (i.e. < 3000 Function Points). All projects with less than 3 FTE will be out of scope. As of April, 2024, all the projects are categorized as "small development projects".
