OU Description

Product R&D Center operates as follows: 1) Demonstrates the feasibility of new products and organizes their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product route. 2) Conducts pre-research for the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Formulates R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitors the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarizes the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge. 6) Analyzes and summarizes the experience and lessons in the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D.
