1. The address of the company and the OU the being appraised is in Beijing. The company has 135 FTEs. 2. The Software Research & Development Business includes all software R&D projects of the New Technology Department and the Petrochemical Measurement and Control Department. 3. The New Technology Department and the Petrochemical Measurement and Control Department mainly provide solutions for safety monitoring, production process control, energy and environmental monitoring, information management and other projects in the petroleum and petrochemical fields and aviation fields. 4. The work of the New Technology Department and the Petrochemical Measurement and Control Department includes collecting the specific needs of customers for the safe storage and transportation of oil products, energy and environmental monitoring, analyzing customer needs, forming clear and complete demand documents, customizing and developing software products, conducting product testing, product deployment and delivery, and after the products are delivered to customers, the customers are responsible for the later maintenance work. 5. The General Management Department is responsible for personnel training and recruiting. 6. The support function group EPG and PQA are subordinate to the Petrochemical Measurement and Control Department and the Science and Technology Quality Department, and EPG and PQA are responsible for supporting and improving the development process management of customized projects of the Petrochemical Measurement and Control Department. 7.
