The technology R&D center is responsible for the research and development of software products, product upgrading and optimization and delivery, and designs and develops high-quality software products that meet user needs according to customer needs and company strategies. At the same time, the existing products are continuously optimized and upgraded to ensure that the developed software products are delivered to customers in a timely and complete manner.
Type of Work: There are two different types of projects in OU, waterfall development and Agile iteration. These two different types of projects have different requirements development, architecture design, and implementation processes.
Waterfall development: Waterfall development is a linear approach to software development, with sequential phases, document-driven processes, no iterations, heavy upfront planning, high risk of late surprises, and suitability for stable requirements. Agile iteration: Agile iteration involves incremental development cycles, continuous feedback, flexibility to adapt to changes, collaborative teamwork, emphasis on delivering working software, and prioritization of customer satisfaction. Agile iteration contrasts with Waterfall by prioritizing flexibility, continuous feedback, and incremental development cycles over sequential phases and heavy upfront planning.
