The research institute (OU) is responsible for software product development, government enterprise digital solutions, and new technology research, serving various fields of digital economy such as government enterprise digital reform, smart cities, smart parks, smart factories, and smart buildings. The research institute has leading advantages in government digital reform, smart city IoT software, and big data operations. It has undertaken the development of multiple digital reform projects at the city and county levels, such as the Ningbo Digital Supervision and Examination Platform, the Procuratorate Digital Supervision System, the Ningbo Smart Urban Management Supervision System, and other model projects. The Martian brand government law enforcement supervision system software has been awarded the title of Ningbo Famous Brand Product. The research institute utilize IoT technology, digital twins, big data and other technologies to build a comprehensive IoT control core product line for digital parks, production areas, and building buildings in the direction of smart cities.
Customer: Project types are divided into government projects and education industry projects
Government Projects: 1. The project adopts an iterative mode, and the project results are divided into initial and final verification. 2. In the initial stage of the project, a rough scope is agreed upon, and a system prototype or some of the main functions are provided first. Based on user feedback during use, iterate and update versions to gradually improve functionality until delivery is completed.
Education Industry Projects: 1. The project adopts a waterfall model, and the project results are delivered in one go. 2. The project develops corresponding functions based on technology and requirements. After meeting the acceptance standards, deliver to the customer.
