The R&D department is responsible for the development of all software projects in the company, including requirements, design, development, testing, delivery, and project management.
Type of Work: a. New Application Development: These are the software projects which are developed as a complete application from beginning to end involving all the phases of the software development lifecycle. b. Enhancement and Upgrade application: These are upgrade projects where new modules are developed for the already existing software applications. The projects develop additional features/update existing features of an existing product. All the phases of the software development lifecycle are involved but the estimation (EST), Planning (PLAN), Risk management (RSK), Monitoring and control (MC), and measurement (MPM) practice areas are impacted.
New Application Development: These are the software projects which are developed as a complete application from beginning to end involving all the phases of the software development lifecycle.
Enhancement and Upgrade application: These are upgrade projects where new modules are developed for the already existing software applications. The projects develop additional features/update existing features of an existing product.
