The R&D Department is one of equative departments (R&D Department, Quality Management Department, Financial Department, Marketing Department, Operational Department, Customer Service Department, and Admin& HR Department) under management of the GM Office that responsible of project management, requirement analysis, design, implementation, test, and delivery of Management Information Systems for commercial customers. The OU along with the company was certified as an ISO20000, and ISO27001 organization.
Type of Work: Projects are developed in the similar technology but Product Development Type (New product development and Enhancement) is different for projects. Product Development Type results in different tailoring in processes, such as initiation, work product output and combination, work product review and monitoring activities, hence it is a relevant sampling factor.
