The Technology Delivery Center is composed of four teams: system architecture team, project management team, project development team, and quality management team. It completes the software research and development and construction of credit information projects. in System Architecture Team: Responsible for researching the development trends of system development technology, paying attention to the latest technology development platforms and applications, continuously introducing new technology development platforms into the company, and responsible for formulating a list of main technical features and functions and formulating solutions; Project management team: Responsible for collecting and planning the company's annual project development budgets for each business department and tracking the implementation of the annual budget; responsible for managing project status; Project development team: Responsible for formulating the implementation plan for the company's project system delivery, participating in project demand analysis, developing corresponding system modules, document writing and testing; Quality management team: Lead the research, reference, and use of advanced system quality management methods and tools, and develop and improve project quality management processes and methods.
