Upgraded Projects
The Software R&D Department is responsible for the development of all software projects in the company, with main responsibilities including software design, development, testing, and delivery. The Quality Management Department is responsible for establishing and updating the company's R&D system, auditing processes and work products, and managing configuration. The Product Consulting Department is responsible for conducting requirement development and project management for the company's software projects.
Type of Work: There are two types of projects，one type is New Developed Projects, the other type is Upgraded Projects. The two project types differ in the requirements development and validation process.
New Developed Projects: All projects are about developing new softwares.
Upgraded Projects: All projects are upgraded, mainly adding and modifying functions on existing software.
