The OU provides application maintenance/support services, data analytics/integration and recruitment services.
Type of Work: There are 3 different types of work performed.
Application Support: Support model for the Oracle & Financial Solutions COE for daily support and improvement of Oracle & Financial Solutions Integration Development, Focused on incident reduction and improving application health through problem management, innovation, and continuous improvement. As part of the Managed Services, Apex continuously monitors the steady state of the applications on the Oracle Cloud Services.
Data Integration and Analystics: Providing Self Service reporting through integration with various different data sources and creating DataMart's from which Role based Metrics and Dashboards are generated.
Staff Augmentation: As a part of this service for various clients, the service delivery team provides recruitment related services which includes fulfilling of various skill set requests.
