OU Description

The R&D Center is responsible for all product research and development and software development projects. It is also responsible for the technical research and development work of new products, the introduction of new technology, and further improvement of existing products to ensure that the products are constantly updated. The Human Resources (HR) Department Training Office provides and supports training to support the organization’s strategic business objectives and to meet the training needs that are common to projects and support groups. Training needs identified by individual projects and support groups are coordinated with the firm's Organizational Training.

G1: 100% sampling- with all of the firm’s OU projects being appraised.: Project activities are the same for different customers. Projects are approximately the same size. All the projects have the same basic and similar structure with the project manager/project lead, team members, etc. Additionally, they all share the same OSSP (processes) implementation with no substantial tailoring. Consequently, the project structure does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.
