OU Description

The Projects, Help Desk and Operation Desk division is in charge of the planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure of the different types of projects and services that are contracted by public and private sector clients. This area is in charge of selecting a project manager who defines the necessary resources for the project according to the profiles presented in the offer. The software factory manager defines the strategy for planning and approaching the project, the assigned project manager prepares the Project Plan, the Schedule, scope, Risk Matrix and other inputs. The activities are started according to the deliverables, the project manager reports the billing milestones, performs periodic monitoring of project execution and quality assurance processes until project closure and reports periodically to the software factory manager.
