OU Description

The Software R&D Department focuses on the natural resources and geographic information industry, empowering scientific management of natural resources and collaborative governance of national land and space through digitization, and is committed to developing business systems with high information management capabilities, including natural resource related business systems OA office system, integrated government approval system, etc; Based on the digital twin city research and development platform, focusing on the construction of smart city platforms, providing support for the digital transformation and efficient governance of cities; Focusing on the digital reform of state-owned enterprises, we are committed to building a smart office integrated collaborative platform to assist enterprises and governments in achieving digital transformation. The software development department has a total of 32 people, including a research and development team of 12 people, responsible for project development; 11 members from the R&D team, responsible for project development; 5 people are responsible for the testing work of each project; 4 members are responsible for comprehensive project management; 2 members for requirement analysis, 2 members for product design, and 8 members for development; . The project management team consists of one process improvement team, one quality management team, one configuration management team, and one training management team. The process improvement team is responsible for undertaking the function of process improvement; The training management personnel responsible for the training management function are the training management specialists of the training management team and the human resources department; The Quality Management Group is responsible for the quality assurance function; The configuration management team is responsible for the configuration management function.
