The OU Scope includes the Software & performing Independent V&V/Testing for Aerospace products/sector. Major clients are in Aero industry. About 105 staff including in-scope projects and support function staff are included.
Single factor to describe all included projects in OU : This factor is used to describe all the included software, V&V projects in the OU. No standard sampling factors apply,. as all work is similar in type, and standard factors of type, size, org structure, location, customer or domain do not affect the way work is done or processes. A single set of processes in the PAL is used to deploy across all projects in the OU.
