The Software R&D Department is responsible for capturing the requirements of the customers, analyzing, designing, & developing solutions. The OU is mainly involved in standard product design, development, and operation of new and existing products including industry demand research and controlling the execution processes of R&D projects including product planning, design, and schedule management, development and testing of software along with product training conducted internally and externally to improve quality of R&D.
