The main responsibilities and scope of work of the Product R&D Department are as follows: 1) Demonstrate the feasibility of new products and organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product route. 2) Pre-research for the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Formulate R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge. 6) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons in the r&d process to improve the quality of R&D.
Type of Work: There are two categories for the projects that are executed: 1. Customized development: These projects carries out customized function development based on the company's basic product architecture, and the components and interfaces of the original products will be used in the development, so it has to be trimmed in the design and testing process. 2. Software development: These are new projects, which covers the whole life cycle process according to the process defined by the organization.
