Return on Investment is all about the numbers… or is it? From years of implementing the CMM and CMMI models, we can tell you flat out that there is whole other side of ROI. Sure, you might be able to put numbers to it, but it is the culture of an organization that reflects true improvement. This presentation focuses on benefits that are not necessarily seen in the numbers. As you progress through the maturity levels you begin to see how the people feel and react from lower maturity to the highest level of maturity, but what really keeps it going is the ROI that is felt by the people in the organization.
ROI can be quantitative as well as subjective. The benefits of CMMI are felt throughout organizations as well as the bottom line.
