Sanjukta is working as Associate-Delivery Excellence in Cognizant Technology Solutions. She has an overall experience of 9 years of which last 5 years she is working as a process consultant primarily looking into application maintenance engagements. She has participated as project consultant in 1 org level CMMI appraisal cycles both for AD and Maintenance projects in the CMMI 1.3 model for Dev. She is currently engaged as a primary member of the knowledge management team in Cognizant. Prior to this she was working as a developer in the data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. On the educational front, she possess a M. Tech degree in IT and also a six sigma Green Belt holder.
